Returns

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final sale: We currently do not have any final sale items, so all eligible purchases can be returned within the return period.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping cost: Return shipping is free.

  • Return method: We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee applies to any return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Contact@PackPulse.Shop with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
